Initial behavioral question interview with CTO. Asking situational questions as well as past job experience. Next step is technical interview with Engineering Managers. They asked technical questions, but were more situational in nature. After this, I was given a technical assignment. It was to design a database system given a set of requirements. We emailed back & forth about questions & answers, and best approaches, and compromises. Last step was interview with CEO. Mostly chatting about what attracted myself to the company and what my goals are for the future. CTO called me back up to offer the job.
