The interview process was clear with expectations and timeline
Interviewer was direct, friendly and gave a clear description of the role
I left understanding that I would get an update either way within 7 business days and I did.
1) great people (mostly), (2) slow and consensus style decision making (is time-consuming). (3) a combination of individual 1:1 and panel-style interviews (4) some phases are more responsive, some have long periods of silence/no action/no response (either way)

Fast process and clear communication. Was not asked to wait a long time and they were fast with letting me know that I wasn’t moving onto next round. Some tech issues at the beginning on their end.
