Long interview process, wherein the role changed. Unprofessionally conducted. High handedness on part of the company and completely ambiguous with respect to reporting structures.
They were not upfront on the role and everything was in a state of flux. Answer to any question is we are evolving. Officals did not answer emails or phone calls during the interview process. It seemed that the only thing they wanted to do was leverage the brand and nothing else.
Their complete attitute did not sit well

What was your contribution to the process that you drove
It was a bit long, but the recruiter was very kind. I think they just didn't plan correctly - so they waisted my time at the end. Jeff from accounting is also nice.

Interview
Phone interview and then on site interview with the recruiter. After that l sent an email to thank and there was no reply, then l have sent a follow up and there was no reply to that either. After 3 weeks, l have today found out that the position is not anymore posted at their career page s o l assume they are not looking for anymore. However it would have been better if they kept me inform, at least have the kindness to tell me l wont continue to next step, l have been waiting for their email every day as l have liked the position very much. Very disrespectful and the worst candidate experience lve had ever.

The process was quick and easy. Very professional recommendation and benefits. Excellent benefits package and vacation is very important to me. 401k and insurance is offered they are reputable and have been around for so long.
