Question 1
Advantages to advantages, why I chose to interview with them?
HR always asks questions related to Credo. Interview process is long, having multiple interviews with HR, hiring manager and local management. I recommend to read the credo as most likely it will be a question

Question 1
Have you heard of our credo? Which is your favorite part and why
Pretty easy - there was a screener, followed up with a more in depth interview. The screener was really there to see if you just threw a resume out without coming close to the qualifications. The more in depth call was a little awkward - you had to carry the conversation rather than it being a back and forth. In all though, if you were qualified, it wasn't a hard interview to have.
