Had a pretty basic behavioral interview on-campus that also touched upon the work that I've done, and I came out of it feeling positive. Received an email three days later saying that they decided not to pursue my candidacy, without providing a reason. It was just "the hiring team has chosen not to pursue your candidacy."

Applied online through my university's career website. I was later contacted by J&J for an on campus video interview. The interview was with the IT lead and IT Director of the company, took about 30 minutes total. The whole process took about a week and the response came the week after the interview. Response came first by a phone call and later in an email package.
