Interview
My Career Service Center at Business School organized an interview sessions with J&J. we sent our CV, and J&J preselected some of us. Then I had a telephone interview, it was about 45 minutes long. And in 3 days after the interview I got an email that they still consider me and I am in for the second round. It was 2 weeks ago, I haven't heard from them since.
They J&J guy asked me 5 questions about ethics, leadership, cooperation, challenges and achievements. he also asked my division and geographical preferences + work permits.
