0. apply 1. HireVue on-demand video interview done within a 3 day period. I got the invite ~4 weeks after applying. 3 questions, 1 retake available for each question, pretty easy behavioural. 2. 1:1 interviews (2) a week later. Both Engineering PhDs but very chill and nice. First with engineer that asked more technical questions. The most technical/difficult it got was just anything on resume. Asked some fun questions like "do you know why this does this", not to test your skills but just for learning. Second 1:1 was with manager, but he has a very technical background. This one was mostly behavioural. They just want to know if you're excited about the work, can execute, and are easy to work with. Got call about verbal offer a week later.
