The initial call was just a friendly chat with a talent team member to talk about you experience with data/coding and why you want to work in data. Nothing unexpected
The second interview was a competency based interview asking you to give detailed situations of when you have showed a particular trait. Other standard questions such as why Jarmany/why data?
Third round was an hour-long excel test on data interpretation with a bit of table manipulation and functions. Nothing too hard
The final stage was a very informal chat with a senior member of HR and 2 other candidates, just talking to each other and about ourselves so that the HR member could see who we are.
