Very long process, from video, application and two interviews. There was no feedback on any stage apart from the final stage. Spending hours applying for a job, you should get some feedback.

Video application which must be 2 minutes long, online written application, first call, second round assessment centre, which included presentation, group work and another 1-1 interview. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the process
