I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Huntsville, AL) in Jan 2023
Interview
I was originally hired as an intern, and the process was quite easy. I was initially called by my current boss, and I had about a two minute conversation regarding my resume and clarifying a few questions about it. I was then scheduled for a remote interview over video call, which took about 10 or 15 mintes, where we went over some of my qualifications and previous work experience, as well as how the company operates and what I could expect from a job there.

Pretty straightforward and the actual interview was easy. Pure behavioral questions and only a few questions on OOP. Got rejection email about 2 months later

Question 1
What kind of projects have you contributed to ? How do you handle conflicts when building in a team?
Quite an easy process: a simple coding task and a simple system design question. It's good to know how to operate on streams and know message brokers. Would recommend taking part in it.
