I was screened via a phone interview. They liked my vibe and asked me to come into the office for in-person interview. They were 3 people that interviewed me. I told them about myself, my education and my previous work experience. They asked me for my short term, mid term, and long term goals. We casually talked and they told me about the day to day activities in the company.
