Online interview: Provided with one practice question to begin with and then given 3 questions to answer. Each question can be practiced as many times as needed and can be redone if needed. Questions have a 2 min time limit.

- Standard STAR based questions about working in a team, making mistakes and working with new skills.
- More technical questions about how SuDS battle the effects of climate change, benefits and weaknesses of using a RC vs Steel structure.

- Standard STAR based questions about working in a team, making mistakes and working with new skills.
It was very relaxed and friendly. The interviewers were friendly and made it very easy to complete the 50 minutes interview process. It was 5 minutes of introduction, 30 minutes of questions and 15 minutes to ask my own questions. After that, I waited to receive the outcome.
