CEO & CTO are more interested in your contact list then they are at what you can do for them. Very intense startup mentality where the founders are one class of shares and you, the sales grunt, are a very different class.
No real transparency on what your roles and responsibilities are vs. management. CEO is all about running experiments.

I had an interview with HR and they seemed to be nice. The HR staff told me that they would send me a coding test, but did not so I had to send an email to HR to send it to me. The coding test was to replicate a design. Once I finished and sent it to them, they ghosted me.
