Interview
The interview was very quick and easy, interviewed with the lead designer who asked a few basic questions and seemed very eager to fill the role. None of the salespeople were in the office that day, which was misleading, because the salespeople were who I worked with the most, so if I had had the chance to meet them I would have declined the offer. It was a meeting in their showroom, and she showed me all of the samples as well as a quick run through of my duties. I was in and out within 30 minutes and got a call on my way out offering me the position.

They only asked me very basic questions, are you organized, where have you worked in the past that has helped your organization, things of that nature.
