Applied online. Received email with additional questions. Phone interview followed by personality test followed by a second interview that was not an interview at all but was the owner reading back my personality profile to me and telling me why I wasn't a good fit. I wasn't qualified for the position once I understood what they were looking for but these people wasted my time and energy for weeks for no reason.
