No time sense. They made me wait for hours together despite of reaching on the scheduled time. I was told there will be 2 rounds of discussion only. But first day itself i attended 2 rounds and the feedback was very satisfactory. I was informed to come the next day again. For which i could not attend other interviews and when I was about to start for the interview I got the intimation that the Recruitment director is held up with other work and will not be able to meet me.
Now it happened on Friday and the next schedule that I got was for Monday.
Monday, when I was just about to start from home I again got a call that the director is busy and the discussion will be in the evening. I again went in the evening and again the same long waiting period. Anyway my interview went very good and they were also behaving as if they will just roll out the offer ASAP. After that 2 weeks passed but dint hear from them. Now after 2 weeks I was again called for the so called final round with some recruitment manager who just joined 1 week back. Now i again cancelled all my meetings and went for it. Trust me through out the discussion the recruiter was badly yawning and showing 0 interest towards the discussion. And after this also I was told that they are quite happy with my candidature and will update me soon. Now its been more than 3 weeks and still no response from their end. Extremely unprofessional management without any clarity or vision.
I went for this interview as this company is just 1.3 kms away from my home and i also expected that it is going to be good working there and i will learn a lot from them.
