Very straightforward about prior experience -- I didn't have prior specialty coffee knowledge but I showed excitement about learning about it which helped. I think they mostly want to test your customer service skills since they will train you according to their levels system anyways, regardless of your experience.

Was emailed to come in for an interview, it was very laid back and casual. It is a family owned business and they care about their employees and are very personable

I was interviewed technically 3 people. The manager, the supervisor and another supervisor in training. It was really great interview. I was asked all the usual questions but I was asked more on my interests.
