J.C.Penney was a great place to work. I quit due to unflexible hours because of school. I applied and was hired two days after submitting my application online. The interview went great it was one on one with a manager. The interview took place in her office so I wasn't nervous (even though this was my first job!). I was hired on the spot and extremely excited! The managers are very helpful and training. Overall my experience with J.C.Penney as a company was great!
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
