Interview
I applied online at their store, they had computers. Long monotonous questions. When I got called, There was a group interview where they would dismiss those that did not get the job. I started during holiday season. After holiday season, I was retained.
Go into the store. Find someone. Tell them you are there for the interview. They go find the manager. The manager comes over. They walk you to a room in the back. Backroom one on one with the manager.
The interview process was short and not very deep, I asked more questions then the interviewer did, and they started writing down the questions I asked so they could include them in future interviews
Quick and easy interview process. Spoke about department store experience and hours that I would be available. Simple and no complaints, interviewed HR and then department supervisor. Met other associates and discussed culture on the side.
