Interview
Initial interview was on a Saturday morning. I arrived on time but nobody was there to greet me. A few minutes later the person I was supposed to meet came out and escorted me into where the offices are. She was very professional and pleasant. The company had set interview questions she was to ask. She first completed the 'regular' questions that I guess any potential employee would be asked but then moved onto questions for managers since she thought I might be a candidate for that. It turns out that with the exception of one question...they were the same. All of the questions were "Describe a time when..." which is when you have to give real examples of actual situations you've dealt with. I have a follow up interview which I haven't yet gone to so I don't yet know if I will get an offer or not.

Interview
It consisted of a phone interview and two face to face interview conducted in quick succession. My luck, the DM was visiting the same location where the interview was conducted, so we were able to proceed quickly

Interview
The interview process was extremely quick! Although there were multiple steps, it didn’t seem to hinder the hiring process. I appreciated this sense of urgency in getting into my new JCP career path!

Interview questions are very standard interview questions with some role playing scenarios incorporated in that are specific to the role.
Contacted by a recruiter and told about the position and the company. After a brief phone screening was passed on to interview with a disctrict level manager. After meeting with the district level manager for a face to interview I did a phone interview with a senior HR representative at headquaters.
