No real interview process. I knew someone that was working there and she got me an “interview” with the owner and when I went in she asked me when I could start. Paid no attention to my experience or skill. Most people who actually do have skill or an interest in design and apply without someone inside helping them, do not even get looked at.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JCG Apparel (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Sept 2017

Brought my resume in and was asked about past experiences. Very chill! Just want to know you're a loyal worker! It was a very laid back job that I would totally do again. The manager was understanding and kind along with all the other employees!
