Got on a teams meeting, was asked a couple fluff questions about my work experience/certifications. However, compared to other federal contractors they seem to not want further professional development out of you. They just want you to sit on a contract until it expires, with no further development within the company/potential for mobility. The reason I think this is because the interviewer seemed to have gotten a little mad and laughed me off when I even brought up the possibility of mobility within the company and post contract employment, very odd. They do not seem to attract competent individuals. Wasn't for me.
