I went through the JPMorgan Chase website and applied, heard back from recruiter fairly quickly. Later scheduled second interview with managers via cellular phone. Not that difficult, not that easy. It ended up being 2 separate groups of people, who asked similar questions. Make sure you know the job description because that is one of the first things they ask your opinion about.

Interview was easy with only behavioral questions. Just need to emphasize desire to enter the client servicing space and having the aptitude and inclination to getting things done quickly and accurately.

Interview
First interview is with the hiring manager. Second was over zoom with four VPs. Cannot be too sure what the selection criteria is for the company. Some of the VPs were disengaged and overly critical. Not the best experience.

It was 2 interviews and they were pretty straight forward. Entire process took roughly a month. Typically it’s a panel of people that interview you as well. I was an internal hire though, so that may make a difference.
