Interview
Interview was easy with only behavioral questions. Just need to emphasize desire to enter the client servicing space and having the aptitude and inclination to getting things done quickly and accurately.

How did you deal with rude customers? (interviewer had prior knowledge to my food industry experience)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
First interview is with the hiring manager. Second was over zoom with four VPs. Cannot be too sure what the selection criteria is for the company. Some of the VPs were disengaged and overly critical. Not the best experience.

3. Tell me about a time where you had to face conflict in a role and how did you deal with that?
4. Tell me about a time where you received negative or constructive feedback and how you responded to that feedback?
5. Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a team member who wasn't pulling their weight, what did you do?
6. Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years?
7. Why do you want to join this role, what do you know about the private bank?
8. If we were to ask you to give a 30 minute speech, what would you talk about and why?
It was 2 interviews and they were pretty straight forward. Entire process took roughly a month. Typically it’s a panel of people that interview you as well. I was an internal hire though, so that may make a difference.
