Overall the experience was good. Everyone was really nice and friendly. All the employees I encountered (from various levels) were extremely sharp. I experienced two rounds of interviews and was selected.

There were 3 stages of interviews, a mix of competency based and standard questions were asked. Focused on how previous experience would relate to the consultancy environment. Soft skills as well as technical skills were focused on.
