Literally over 3 months of being active in the process and still waiting on the recruiter to send final interview dates and tells me that I’m still being considered. No sense of urgency or consideration for their candidates.

This is the first level similar like management trainee. So at first there is a psychological test then followed by HR interview after that we wait the result before continue to user interviews

Interview
Very long interview process. First started with a phone interview. Then sent a link to a virtual interview. And moved on to the in person final interview. The in person interview started with an assessment exam and then followed up with three rounds of interviews. Ended with a networking event with an Analyst who we could ask any questions to.
