    I worked at Ipsos part-time

    Pros

Flexible hours are a major pro to the job. The staff are very friendly as well as managers. I enjoyed the office layout very much so.

    Cons

The computer system used is very old and constantly breaking. No holiday pay is not great and shifts are regularly cancelled.

    Advice to Management

Could do with an update on computer system and more incentives for meeting targets.
