The job description only mentioned "Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship." , which means both U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents/Green Card holders are eligible to apply. But the recruiter scheduled an interview and asked if I was an U.S citizen and she mentioned that they don't "sponsor" green card holders. When in fact green card holders don't even need sponsorship at all.She didn't know the meaning of sponsorship and refused to speak further. The interviewer was ignorant and rude.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you U.S. citizen?
Where are you originally from?
It was professional, friendly, and overall laidback. They did a great job explaining job duties, benefits, and asking me about my schedule and my personal life. I’m a college student and this will work great for me.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Iowa 80 Truck Stop in Sept 2009
Interview
Applied onlined an had a phone interview about two weeks later. About a week after the phone interview I was invited for an in person inverview. I thought the interview went well but got the feeling they were looking for someone with alot of retail buying experience. The job posting did not really specify what type of buyer they were looking for. The position was offered to someone with retail buying experience.
