Easy!! No HR so if the GM likes you or the way you look, you’re golden. Just know your resume and say you know what you’re doing and you’re in. And it’s a good old boys club so if you know someone and you’re male you have limitless potential. Females be warned.

Interview
It was easy going, very conversational. They asked a lot of Behavioral questions. Make sure you harp on the fact that you want to help their members have the best club experience.
