      Interview

They wanted someone with coding experience. However they couldn't explain why or how they decided to interview me when I did not list that. Additionally, the interviewer called 20 minutes late, without explanation. According to her out was a 12 person department, and no one else would understand my work, although it would be supervised. No details were provided about that either.

      Compliance Analyst I Interview

      5 Aug 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2022

      Interview

There was no initial phone screening. I was scheduled for a panel interview (4 people). During the interview, they ask questions in a relay type of way. One-by-one they will ask questions and give you a chance to answer. All of the questions will be your typical interview questions; besides maybe 1 or 2. The interview feels like you are being bombarded, not very personal. When it was my turn to ask questions one individual failed to answer the question and only agreed with the others, sort of in a dismissive natural; although the question was a personal experience question. When I asked a question about training I stated, "So, at the end of training we should be experts?" Which then I received a firm sort-of condescending reply saying, "No, you're not an expert/won't be an expert, top executives are experts". Interesting choice of a reply. I guess mediocre is best.
