Was referred by a friend, but got no response. Once he followed up a week or so later, I was scheduled for a screening interview with the recruiter. Then I was scheduled with a potential peer. After that I was scheduled for a craft demo/panel interview which I completed 2 weeks ago. I prepared a lot and thought I did reasonably well except for one question I got stuck on with the hiring VP. I followed up with thank you notes to everyone. It's been two weeks and despite 2 follow up emails with the recruiter, I never heard a peep from them again. It's fine if I'm not their top choice, but common courtesy would dictate at least a "thank you for interviewing, we've decided to go with someone else". I got NOTHING.
