The interview process was a bit intense with recorded questions and limited time to answer as well as short answer and multiple choice questions. In some ways the questions seem very black and white, but sometimes if you have been a bookkeeper, the questions are all black and white.

Question 1
The recorded section included role-play questions about how you would explain things to clients.
There was a video recorded q&a where i was asked about 4 situational questions and I had to explain what I would do or how I have handled such a situation. Then there was an accounting knowledge test for basic accounting. Lastly I had a phone interview with a recruiter, where I was asked about my qbo certifications and next steps explained. All straight forward questions and nothing tricky.
