Interview
Intuit has one of the best recruitment staff I have encountered. The first interview is an informational interview to see if you meet the minimum qualifications. If you are approved, the round of interviews is conducted through HireVue. The remote interview consisted of video response behavioral questions, applied tax questions, and a multiple choice test. The applied tax questions were pretty difficult in my opinion. You do have about 60-90 seconds of preparation time before recording your response, but if you don't know your basic tax laws, you will not know what to prepare.

Your customer received a Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) for his investment in a publicly traded partnership. The Schedule K-1 reflects a $12,7500 loss on line 2. Where would this be reported on the individual tax return, and are there any additional questions/items to consider?
1 round interview on hirevue. it was pretty easy. basic tax questions. bot interview. wasn't too dificult. about 10 questions, and you are able to retake the video for each question once.

Interview was multiple questions through video recording. Was given a short amount of time to read the question then answer. Questions were tax related to current laws. The process is very sterile and fast paced.

First, there is a pre-screening phone call by a recruiter. Then a video interview through TurboTaxLive Talent Recruiting in which if you pass, the recruiter call you back with an offer.
