The interview process smooth at first, when I asked how many days it will take to get the feedback. They replied within two weeks , if you have not received any calls within two weeks please do not call us means you are not shortlisted. For me, you can always send email to the candidates that you interviewed and appreciate their time, money and effort to come for an interview. I would like to suggest the employer to do virtual interview before shortlisted few candidates for next stages.
