Interview
The basic electrical and electronics knowledge is enough. You can easily crack the interview with proper preparation within one week. They will give a chance to freshers even they do not have an experience in Radio frequency field.
Campus Recruitment
The first wound will be Written Exam. VEry basic questions will be asked and easy to crack.
Next round will be GD just to eliminate people. But don't need to worry, they will not eliminate you, because they need the numbers.
next round will be HR interview. Most of the questions are from the question paper they gave for the Written Exam.
and they will offer you the letter for Training program in which they will not pay you.

Interview
Initially the interview started with the aptitude test and then gd with that the interview was over. Then they were expecting all to go on field work for atleast 3 years and based on my performance they decide to give appraisal.
