I applied through on-line application process in January and got a call in Mid February by HR for setting up an interview. Then two telephonic rounds were taken, first by Program officer and then followed by President. Later was salary negotiation through email.

Question 1
Background check and current employment related questions. Basically looking for how much I am interested in their specific domain which was NRM and MnE.
