It was good, the interviewer made me feel very comfortable. The questions were typically based on my work experience, my skills, my projects. Be sure to prepare about each tool and technology mentioned in your resume
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insource Technology (Houston, TX) in Jul 2010
Interview
Had 2 interviews. One with management and then a "technical" interview. Management interview was typical where they asked about past and where you would like to be. Just answer how you would usually would. But keep in mind that there will be no personal growth (I.e. training, going to conferences, etc.) and no ability to move up in the company once you get to senior technical consultant level. Technical interview will basically be questions from someone that may or may not be really technical. But they will ask about job duties and about past projects with the specific technical area you will be applying for. This will be done to get an idea on how well you know the technology.
