Process began with a phone interview which was followed by an in person interview. I was contacted within an hour of submitting my resume, so they had great response time. Was hired during the interview and began work within a week.

How will you not get bored in this role? They saw how I was over qualified and wanted me to feel challenged and fulfilled in the role.
Simple and straight forward. I applied online, had a phone interview, and then met with the manager. The interview was more of a conversation than a traditional interview.
