Initial communication was through the job board chat system - some simple further questions based on the experiences on your CV. A video interview to follow, quite relaxed as the interviewer (senior member of the company) was very likeable and seemed to enjoy the work he did for the company. The company is very science driven, and seems to offer a very collaborative environment. Outside the interview questions, some general chat about similar experiences which was nice. The video interview concluded with an excel test via screen sharing, testing intermediate excel skills. I didn’t hear anything back after this but I was told in the interview that they’d received an enormous number of applications. All in all a positive interview experience.
