Ingka Centres interview questions

I applied to a job offer in the IKEA website to work in Amsterdam . A HR contacted me saying my cv seemed to be interesting and he set an introduction interview with the hiring manager. The interview was ok and smooth, just an overview of what am I doing and what are they doing. As it was introductory technical knowledge was not involved. They decided not to move forward

First I had a short call with recruiter. I could ask some questions and he explained a bit more about the position, since it was newly created. Then the next day I had a scheduled one hour call with hiring manager and team lead. It was a very pleasant conversation and they were clear, welcoming and professional.
