Interview
Misogynistic and inappropriate. I thought the first few interviews went well, and the recruiter told me their "base case" was to offer me the job. I then got called back for a final interview. I was informed they had conducted some background checking on me and found out that I had had a baby. The entire interview consisted of personal questions about my child and maternity leave. I would be shocked if they conducted "background checks" of this nature on male candidates.
