Scheduled call via Talent Acquisition Lead. L1,L2 and HR rounds were conducted as part of process. Later after 2 weeks, offer was received by email and by courier. No client interview was done during the process.

Though I was communicated as Scheduled Interview, By the time I went to Office, I had to wait under Sun for 1 hr outside Gate of office, which doesn't look professional. Once into the office, they took lot of time to process the details provided by me and made me wait for entire day without any proper schedule. Overall, it was poorly organized.
