Interview
My application process starts with applying for the position on career portal of infosys for SAP PM consultant. After two weeks I recieved a mail from HR at infosys about some basic details such as work ex, current CTC, Domain, preferred locations and my availablity for the interview at a particular date mentioned in the mail
It is written in the mail that if I have been shortlisted I will be given an intimation a day prior to the interview date and that is what happened, my profile got selected and I got a mail for interview a day prior to the date of interview
My first round of interview went really well. It was purely technical interview regarding my domain and expertise.It went for around an hour.
After an hour of the interview I was asked about my availablity for the second round for a telephonic interview, which in my eye is a managerial round.
I said yes and got a call after three hours the same day.
Second interview was very basic and was about my working experience as in how it went and what all I have learnt and I know.
After 7 days I recieved another mail from Infosys asking for my documents such as PAN card,Passport, Scholastic Average Sheet (10,12 and Graduation Marks), and an Employment Form where you mention your expected CTC, till now I dont know I am selected or not and submitted all the documents.
After a wait of another one week I got a call from HR telling me that I have been selected in the technical rounds and now this is my HR round.
Discussion held about the compensation and preferable location and date of joining. HR told me it will take another 7-14 days to release offer letter.
I waited for another 7 days and recieved my offer letter. The process was smooth and was transparent.

It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
