I did the phone screening after an employee referral, had a phone interview, went in for the in-person interview, and then even went on to have the final video chat interview. And then silence. Followed up twice after my final interview and have still yet to hear anything back from the recruiter. For being told by the recruiter that my interviews went great, you'd think they'd have the decency to not leave me hanging.

It's amazing it was asked so many accounts related questions and it's an very common question like what is the meaning of accounting and golden rules like that so it was good experience to me and I would recommend to you all please concentrate on your communication skill, it is very important then education mark,
So I would say to you all please make sure you will be the leader of future don't loss hopes
Basi Info and related to role its a easy process and ive applied for the process executive role and there was a test at starting and then the team interview and the final HR interview, after that you will be getting your offer letter to you Mail

Good but needs more improvement as the company shows of to much. Yearly hike policy is not communicated properly. Don’t expect too much from them as you’re mental peace will be hampered by the unnatural kpi provided
