group introduction, 1 on 1 interview after that, Japanese only, general questions only nothing technical, pretty casual, no suits required. after that is second interview which is the last one, some personality test, and math test, nothing crazy, very basic questions

Interview
Very straight-forward. First there was a rather casual interview, then an aptitude test (similar to SAT math section plus a personality test) followed by a formal interview in Japanese. Depending on your level of Japanese, you might be asked to do the casual interview in Japanese as well.
