Informatica Sr. Sales Operations Analyst interview questions

The interview process was ok and it was detailed. It took 2 weeks to get a response from the HR Recruiter. Everything was so slow and I had to email the recruiter every week. I interviewed with the hiring manager and never got feedback. I waited 3 weeks until they told me they decided to move on to another candidate. I mean seriously? They should have let me know immediately if I wasn't able to move forward. Very disorganized.
