I recently interviewed for the Financial Controller role at Informatech, and wanted to share my experience. The process began with a straightforward online application. After submitting my application, I was pleased to advance to the second stage of the selection process, where I received a detailed questionnaire via email. Completing this allowed me to showcase my skills and experiences more comprehensively. Subsequently, I was delighted to be shortlisted for an interview, marking a significant step forward in the recruitment process. The process concluded with a virtual interview in March 2024. I was impressed by how organized and transparent the process was. The recruitment team did an excellent job communicating what to expect in each stage, and the interviewers were engaging and knowledgeable, making it a comfortable experience. The timing of feedback post-interview was excellent, as it greatly eased my anxiety during the waiting period. Overall, my experience was positive, and it reflected well on Informatech’s culture. Despite not being selected, the constructive and respectful manner in which the process was handled has encouraged me to consider future opportunities with the company. I appreciated the chance to interview and found the experience valuable."
