Well, initially they said they don't have budget after looking my expected salary. However after I discuss my salary with variable pay they decided to conduct interview. Actually I was interested to work with this organisation. First round of interview was good. They will ask you to turn on your camera so just make sure using laptop or desktop with camera. One of the interviewer was not audible clearly initially so it was difficult to understand his questions. Telephonic Technical will take around and an hour. So be prepare and give them time according to that. Over all it was okay. Second round was practical test. They provided a task that was of course doable in time however I was little anxious so I took an hour more. I have completed around 75% to 80%. However according to them it was 40%. They mentioned that UI and coding structure/standard will be considered as plus point but I don't think so they were with their words. I didn't mind that as generally my attitude is always positive towards any interviewers and organisations and also I am very confident about my skills and learning process.
