I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ines Di Santo (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2020
Interview
Overall the interview process showed the company is disrespectful of potential employees and their time. In addition their skills are used as free labor in an in-person assignment. I would not recommend wasting your time here.
I always arrived early and had to wait far beyond my scheduled interview time to begin. The email communications were not timely, or clear. I was offered the position but in the end no start date was established.
There was an in person interview. At a later date I was invited to do an in-person assignment. Myself and 3 other candidates were given a lace prepping assignment, which was cutting lace according to a specific illustration. This very much felt like free labor as these were lace pieces that are cut to be used for dress styles that the studio produces. This in-person assignment is of course unpaid, and took over an hour.
