A thorough codility test had programming questions that were expected to be answered using Javascript, sql questions, multiple choice questions (time was 3 hours)
An aptitude test after
A panel of around 6-8 people.
They took a lot of time to get back.whole proceess took about 6 months

The application was a quick process. I was scheduled for an interview days after I submitted my application. Another week to receive the result of my interview, and another to receive my JO.
